Accident facts

  • Accident date, state, city, and roadway or location.
  • Accident type: rear-end, T-bone, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, hit and run, rideshare, or uninsured driver.
  • Who appears at fault and whether another person is identifiable.
  • Police report, photos, insurance, and vehicle information if available.

Case fit

  • Injury description and doctor treatment status.
  • Whether treatment started, is scheduled, or was delayed.
  • Whether the caller is already represented.
  • Whether the caller was already rejected by another firm.

Routing controls

  • Approved transfer number and backup number.
  • Intake hours and holidays.
  • Daily cap and pause process.
  • Valid and invalid transfer examples.
