- Accident date, state, city, and roadway or location.
- Accident type: rear-end, T-bone, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, hit and run, rideshare, or uninsured driver.
- Who appears at fault and whether another person is identifiable.
- Police report, photos, insurance, and vehicle information if available.
Case fit
- Injury description and doctor treatment status.
- Whether treatment started, is scheduled, or was delayed.
- Whether the caller is already represented.
- Whether the caller was already rejected by another firm.
Routing controls
- Approved transfer number and backup number.
- Intake hours and holidays.
- Daily cap and pause process.
- Valid and invalid transfer examples.
