Case fit
- Caller is not at fault.
- Another identifiable person appears at fault.
- Caller is not represented.
- Caller has not already been rejected by representation.
Routing fit
- Accepted state, city, county, or metro.
- Approved case type and accident type.
- During approved intake hours.
- Connected to the approved destination number.
