  • Injured in an auto accident.
  • Received doctor treatment or has treatment scheduled if accepted by buyer rules.
  • Within the accepted statute or campaign timing window.

Case fit

  • Caller is not at fault.
  • Another identifiable person appears at fault.
  • Caller is not represented.
  • Caller has not already been rejected by representation.

Routing fit

  • Accepted state, city, county, or metro.
  • Approved case type and accident type.
  • During approved intake hours.
  • Connected to the approved destination number.
