MVA Lead Buying Checklist
Use this checklist before buying MVA leads, auto accident leads, or live transfer volume so your firm knows what should count, what should be rejected, and how intake will measure results.
Use before buying
Keep the rules written
Document state, case type, intake hours, caps, valid examples, invalid examples, and quality review before paid volume.
What to review
Before you buy
- Define accepted states, counties, metros, and excluded areas.
- Choose whether the campaign should include rear-end crashes, T-bone accidents, hit and run, Uber/Lyft, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, and uninsured driver claims.
- Confirm whether callers must have doctor treatment started or scheduled.
- Document representation, prior rejection, fault, and timing rules.
Questions to ask the lead provider
- Where does the traffic come from?
- How are callers screened before routing?
- Can the firm set intake hours and daily caps?
- What is the replacement or dispute review process?
- Can the campaign be measured by cost per signed case instead of raw lead count?
Trust proof
Use this with trial feedback
After the first transfers, compare call logs, intake notes, and outcome status against the checklist. The point is to tighten rules before increasing volume.
