What we do
LiveLeadHub is a marketing and delivery hub. We deliver live and aged lead inventory and application packs to business customers (for example, MCA shops, law firms, and contractors). We do not fund, underwrite, broker loans, or provide legal services.
No guarantees
Lead performance depends on your outreach, offer, underwriting, staffing, and other factors. We do not guarantee approvals, funding outcomes, case outcomes, or conversion rates.
Quality + replacements
If a record is clearly invalid (for example, wrong contact information), report it promptly and we will review for replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis. Policies may vary by product, volume, and delivery method.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you confirm you have authority to buy for your business and you will use the inventory in compliance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for your calling/texting practices, scripts, disclosures, and internal compliance.
Opt-outs
