LiveLeadHub is a marketing and lead delivery company. We deliver personal injury live transfers to business customers such as law firms and intake teams. We do not provide legal services, guarantee signed retainers, or guarantee case outcomes.
No guarantees
Lead performance depends on your outreach, offer, underwriting, staffing, and other factors. We do not guarantee approvals, funding outcomes, case outcomes, or conversion rates.
Quality + replacements
If a record is clearly invalid (for example, wrong contact information), report it promptly and we will review for replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis. Policies may vary by product, volume, and delivery method.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you confirm you have authority to buy for your business and you will use the availability in compliance with applicable laws.
