Source and consent

  • Is the lead exclusive, shared, or transferred live?
  • What consent language is collected?
  • Can source, timestamp, and call path be reviewed?

Screening

  • What disqualifies a lead?
  • Are injury, treatment, representation, and prior rejection checked?
  • Can states, cities, case types, and caps be controlled?
  • Are written billable rules documented before launch?

Reporting

  • Can the firm track answer rate, consults, and signed cases?
  • How are disputes reviewed?
  • What happens after a no-fit transfer?
  • How quickly can filters be changed?

Compare vendors against exclusive vs shared PI leads, live transfers vs form leads, and cost per signed case.
