PI Transfer Billable Rules & Review Policy

This page explains how billing is handled for PI live transfers and how to request a review if a transfer is clearly outside agreed criteria.

What counts as billable (plain English)

Billable = matches your written rules

A transfer is billable only when it matches your agreed state, case type, intake window, and screening rules.

If your program uses a connected-call buffer (example: 30–120 seconds), that’s defined in writing before launch.

Rules are confirmed before routing

Before you receive volume, we confirm (in writing): your target states/metros, allowed case types, disqualifiers (ex: already represented), and any buffer-time rules.

No surprises — the goal is fewer disputes and cleaner ROI tracking.

Bad transfer review policy

If a caller is clearly outside the agreed criteria, you can submit it for review.

Common review reasons

  • Wrong state/market (outside agreed targeting)
  • Wrong case type (outside the agreed category)
  • Already represented (if disqualifier in your written rules)
  • No injury / not a PI matter (outside program scope)
  • Invalid or unusable contact details (program dependent)
  • Other clear violations of the written billable definition

How to submit a review

Reply to the delivery email (or contact your rep) with:

  • Call timestamp (date/time) and the delivery identifier if provided
  • Reason for review (1–2 sentences)
  • Any supporting notes from your intake team

We’ll review against the written rules and respond with the outcome.

Credits / replacements

Approved issues can be credited or replaced based on the written billable rules and your program terms.

We do not overpromise outcomes. This is a process designed to keep programs stable and fair for both sides.

Important: intake readiness

Live transfers work best when someone answers immediately. If your intake team misses calls, we can set limited windows, daily caps, and fallback routing to protect conversion.

Guide: Missed-call recovery (5-minute rule).
